1. What cookies are

2.1 Necessary technical cookies
They are essential for the operation of the Site and to allow users to browse and use basic features. They do not require user consent pursuant to art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

Depending on its security settings, Cloudflare may also set analogous technical cookies (for example __cf_bm) to mitigate bots; these too have an exclusively technical purpose.
2.2 Analytics cookies
The Site currently does not use analytics cookies or web analytics tools from third parties (Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo or equivalents). Should any be introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and — where necessary — user consent will be requested via the cookie banner.
2.3 Profiling and marketing cookies
The Site does not use profiling, marketing, retargeting or behavioral advertising cookies, whether first- or third-party. No advertising-platform pixels are installed (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok or others).
3. Third-party cookies
Some technical cookies are set by third parties on behalf of the Data Controller as part of services necessary for the operation of the Site. The main ones are:
- Webflow, Inc. — the hosting and CDN platform on which the Site is built and served. Notice: webflow.com/legal/privacy
- Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, security, DDoS protection and email obfuscation. Notice: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Google (Google Fonts) — delivery of web fonts from Google's servers; it involves transmitting the user's IP address but does not install cookies. Notice: policies.google.com/privacy
- The consent-management library (cookieconsent) is delivered via the jsDelivr CDN. Notice: jsdelivr.com/privacy
These cookies are classified as technical because they are strictly functional to the operation of the Site and to consent management; they are not used to profile users. For details on extra-EU transfers, see point 6 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Cookie banner and consent management
On first access to the Site, a cookie banner is shown, compliant with the Italian DPA Guidelines of 10 June 2021. The banner lets you:
- Accept all non-essential cookies;
- Reject all non-essential cookies, with the same graphic prominence as acceptance;
- Manage preferences granularly by category.
Closing the banner via the “X” is equivalent to rejecting all non-essential cookies. Consent (or refusal) is recorded and shown again after 6 months. Users can revoke or change their choices at any time by clicking the button below:
