Riccardo Rocchi.
AI Entrepreneur.
I build multi-agent systems that work like entire teams. I'm the founder of Rayer Group, an AI systems factory. The first operational spin-off is RATIO Advisory, the AI-native advisory for Italian public funding. The model is a one-person-company orchestrated by AI systems: one person coordinates, the systems execute.
I don't work for traditional clients: I build verticals that solve a specific problem, then make them operational with AI agents. RATIO Advisory is the first — public funding for Italian SMEs run by orchestrated systems. Other spin-offs will follow with the same method: one domain, one system, scalability without adding people.
What I do now
Two projects, one method.
I'm not a consultant who sells hours. I'm an entrepreneur who builds systems. Every system becomes an autonomous product with its own brand and business model.

RATIO Advisory
AI-native advisory for Italian public funding. Scouting, matching and management of grants and non-repayable incentives for SMEs, automated end-to-end.
The path
From structured consulting to autonomous systems.
FIMAP S.r.l., then EY S.p.A. — Senior Consultant
October 2021 — December 2024. Practice in public funding: R&D tax credit, Industry 4.0, national and European grants. Clients including Moncler, Illy, Policlinico Gemelli, Mater Olbia and other healthcare, biotech and medtech players. I saw from the inside how large organizations decide, execute and fail — above all, where they break. I built automation tools no one asked me for, but that kept the team's operations running.
Plug-Me WebAgency — Founder & CEO
August 2020 — present. A web agency for custom digital projects. My first experiment in digital entrepreneurship, alongside my consulting work. Here I learned to build, sell and deliver digital products end-to-end.
The reset
Then the system that broke was me. Burnout, a sabbatical year, a full reset. I quit without a plan B. It's not a narrative pause for effect — it's the moment that changed everything else.
Rayer Group — Founder
2026 — today. I applied the consulting method to myself: I see how the system works, I see where it breaks, I build something better. That's how Rayer Group was born — an AI-native Innovation Lab where I turn market problems into working AI systems.
Education
Dual roots: hard science and management.
Master's Degree in Biomedical Science Communication
Sapienza Università di Roma — 110/110 with honors. An interclass program between medical biotechnology and communication sciences: translating scientific complexity into accessible language. It's the same logic I apply today to AI systems and digital businesses.
Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology
Università di Roma Tor Vergata. The first root: genetics, molecular biology, the experimental method. It's why today I think of business problems as systems that can be observed, modeled and taken apart.
Degree in Business Administration
Unitelma Sapienza — specializing in Innovation and Sustainability Management. Double Erasmus: Universidad de Sevilla and UDIMA — Universidad a Distancia de Madrid. Completing my management training on digital business models.
Summer School
Liverpool John Moores University. Linguistic and cultural immersion in an Anglo-Saxon context — my first structured exposure to business models different from the Italian one.

President of VivArte APS, a cultural association. Musician, actor and singer. Art is the counterweight that keeps the work honest: it reminds you that you build for people, not for systems. And it's also why my systems always try to remove friction from daily life, not add it.
