Transparency on my use of artificial intelligence
I work with artificial intelligence every day: it is my trade. I use it to produce what I publish and for the work I deliver to clients. This page tells you where, how, and who answers for what comes out.
Anyone who guides companies through the adoption of AI has one more reason to be clear about their own use of it: if I am not transparent about mine, I have no standing to ask it of yours.
This is not a certificate of compliance, and on this site it does not discharge an obligation: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — the AI Act, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 — requires those who publish in order to inform the public to declare AI-generated content, and a site that introduces me and my work does not fall within that scope. I publish it anyway: whoever asks clients for transparency owes it first. For the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy applies.
Where I use artificial intelligence
Content published on this site
The texts on this site are written by generative artificial intelligence systems and then revised by me: I read them, correct them and, where needed, rewrite them before they go out. They are paragraphs describing me and my work — they are not materials delivered to clients.
Analysis and client deliverables
I use AI systems to analyse websites, processes and documents, and to prepare the material I deliver. Every document goes through a check by me before delivery.
Preparing calls
When you request a call through the “Parliamoci” form, I may use an artificial intelligence assistant (Claude, by Anthropic, under a business contract) to organise what you wrote to me and prepare the topics to explore. The assistant decides nothing about you: whether and how we hold the call is my decision, and the call is between the two of us. What happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
My role and risk class
In the work I do today — consulting, analysis and training — I use third-party artificial intelligence systems as a working tool: I am a deployer. When I help a client build their own processes, it is the client who puts the system into service, and the obligations that follow are theirs.
If in the future I deliver an artificial intelligence system to a client as a product, that position will change, and for each product I will publish dedicated documentation on how the AI operates within it. Until then, this page describes a consulting activity, not the supply of a system.
None of the systems I use fall among those classified as high-risk under the Regulation: they do not score people, do not select candidates, do not decide access to credit, employment, education or essential services. Classification depends on the purpose of the system, not on whether a person is supervising it.
Human oversight and responsibility
Nothing I publish or deliver goes out without my having read and validated it. Professional responsibility for what you read is mine, not the model's.
What I do not do
No automated decision-making about you producing legal effects or similarly significantly affecting you, pursuant to art. 22 GDPR.
No profiling through the data collected on this site.
No training on client data: what you entrust to me does not feed models.
No AI passed off as a person. If I activate a conversational assistant, it will tell you so from its first message.
If you have questions
Write to me at riccardo.rocchi@rayergroup.com: you have the right to know how I use artificial intelligence with what you entrust to me, and to have me explain it to you.
